Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing ingredients and food items for baking, including measuring, mixing, and assembling products.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and flair to meet customer specifications.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and packaging machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Package baked goods carefully to preserve freshness and presentation for retail display or customer take-out.
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations.




- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with energy and efficiency.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food preparation setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential.
- Skills in cake decorating, food presentation, and general baking techniques are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for baking, cooking, and the food industry.
