Position Summary

As a Banquet Dishwasher, you will play an essential role in supporting our culinary operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dishwashing areas. You will work alongside a diverse team of culinary professionals dedicated to producing high-quality, great-tasting food for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Clean and organize refrigerators, shelving, and mop storage areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure dishes, utensils, cookware, and banquet equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Report directly to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.




- Support the culinary team as needed during banquet and event operations.

Qualifications
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Banquet or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen equipment and supplies.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
