Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services while ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your expertise in hair styling, customer service, and sanitation will help us maintain our reputation as a premier full-service salon.

Duties

- Provide qualified haircuts, trims, and styling for men and women, including traditional and trendy looks
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health regulations and safety standards
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and build lasting relationships
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and industry best practices to deliver modern, fashionable results

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all aspects of work
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a friendly approach
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and continuous learning opportunities

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
