Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering expert recommendations
- Ensure all services are delivered with precision, attention to detail, and a positive attitude




- Support team efforts by maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to salon policies and procedures

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a robust portfolio of diverse hair styling skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in personal grooming environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain styling options
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction

Pay

- 50% commission on all services

Pay: $15.00-$39.85 per hour
