Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable services or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Ensure a clean,



organized workspace that promotes safety and professionalism at all times
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized service that encourages repeat visits

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming including fades, tapers, and intricate cuts
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele
- Proven success in retail sales through upselling grooming products or additional services
- Experience managing front desk operations such as appointment booking and payment processing
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill development
