Barista — Downtown Vancouver (Caffe Artigiano - Pender Location)

About Us

We are a busy downtown cafe offering high-quality specialty coffee, quick service, and a friendly work environment. We’re looking for a Barista to join our team.

Position: Barista

Location: Caffe Artigiano, Pender St in Downtown Vancouver

Pay: Starting at $18.25/hr + $5 minimum Tips (wage increases after probation and clearing Food safe)

Tips: Excellent tip pool

Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders and operate the POS system accurately
- Prepare food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and counters
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements

- Barista experience Preferred but not required




- Knowledge of espresso-based drinks and caffe operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and solid communication skills
