Bakery Pompette is a French-inspired artisan bakery and café in Toronto, known for high-quality products, great coffee, and warm, genuine hospitality.

We are looking for a friendly, skilled Barista who loves people as much as coffee.

- Warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoy interacting with guests
- Passionate about coffee & pastries and proud of your craft
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends (required)
- Versatile with scheduling when needed

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience
- Ability to prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso-based beverages, milk texturing, etc.)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude
