Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and drinks, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Clear tables promptly and reset for new guests to maintain a clean and inviting setting
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations




- Support the team by bussing tables efficiently and assisting with general restaurant operations as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, including bartending or serving preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a fast-paced environment
