Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve drinks and food efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant environments with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Experience with cashiering, food industry operations, and hospitality best practices is highly desirable
