Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures




- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on bartending or serving roles
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order management and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices in hospitality, including responsible alcohol service and food safety protocols

Pay: $17.60-$20.84 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
