Have you worked in automotive sales and been really good at everything up to the part where you actually meet the customer? Let's face it... some people are just better on the phone and don't necessarily enjoy the in-person part of the sales process.

The Car Club has a spot for hungry, motivated sales people who prefer the grind of telephone work and also have a great talent for sales, but don't enjoy the one-on-one pressure associated with the 'appointment'.

We are seeking motivated, experienced Sales and Finance BDC reps who LOVE working the phones. Our Business Development Centre works with new leads, old leads, and a solid customer base assisting clients to be pre-approved for automotive loans, or simply book appointments to view and test-drive vehicles. This is not a vehicle sales position, but an OMVIC is required as this role does include discussing specific vehicles and payments.

$20/hour plus bonuses. We are looking for people who come to work and want to earn. Extra hours can be discussed for the right individual. Someone with the right phone skills who hits targets and wants to work hard can earn $5k - $8k per month with bonuses.

The automotive sales process is usually A to Z. We want our BDC reps to bring the customer from A to Appointment (qualified)



then let our talented sales staff greet the customer and take it from there.

Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to engage potential clients effectively
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our solutions
- Complete credit applications and obtain supporting documents
- Schedule appointments for sales and finance
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools
- Making a high volume of calls at a level consistent with a call center drive

Experience

- Minimum 1 year automotive sales or 2 years minimum in other sales position
- 1 year or more working in a telephone sales type setting (call center/BDC)

Qualifications

- Strong communication and phone skills
- The ability to handle customer objections
- Well spoken English and French
- Computer savy
- Punctual and positive
- OMVIC

The compensation for this role is a combination of $20/h, and volume bonuses for hitting targets. There is no cap on bonuses. This role also includes working Saturdays, and some evenings until 8pm. Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
