Join our dynamic team as a BB2 WEM Korean BBQ FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) Team Member! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their dining experience
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while informing guests about specials and new offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both FOH and BOH areas, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards




- Support kitchen staff with food prep, make food on time when buffet tables needs to be fill up.

Requirements

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with Korean BBQ is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to juggle multiple tasks during peak hours
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and restaurant operations
- Previous experience in the food industry or serving roles is highly desirable
