Position: Business Development Coordinator
Employment Status: Full-Time
Dealership: NewRoads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, adivision of OpenRoad Auto Group Limited
Department: Service
Compensation: $22-27 per hour

ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES;:
- Creating inbound serviceappointments
- Making outboundservice-related calls
- Actioning service-relatedcampaigns
- Updating respectivedatabases
- Liaising between ServiceAdvisors, and service staff throughout our dealerships
- Acting as a NewRoadsAmbassador
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Exceptionally solid,customer-focused telephone communication skills
- A minimum 2 years ofcustomer service experience
- A detail-oriented,thorough, and organized work approach
- Ability to work bothalongside team associates as well as individually
- Adaptability andflexibility
- Problem-solving skillswith customers; seeking mutual resolution
