Serco Canada Inc. seeks a Customer Service Agent to evaluate eligibility for Ontario driver licences, verify identity documents, and provide information on driver examination services.

You will perform vision screening, take photos, administer knowledge tests, schedule road tests, collect fees, and ensure compliance with OHSA and provincial regulations. Robust communication in English and French required.
