- Investigate and negotiate settlements with third parties
- Manage subrogation disputes with insurers
- Conduct small claims court actions and related documentation
- Direct civil action lawyers and attend court meetings
- Process receipts on claims and accounting systems

Requirements:

- Three years of claims handling or related business experience
- CIP designation is an asset
- Provincial claims adjuster license in process
- University/College Degree
- Proficiency in English and French is essential
