Job Title: Blue Prism (RPA) Developer

Location: Remote – Canada

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Blue Prism Developer with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Blue Prism . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism .
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create reusable objects, processes, and scalable automation frameworks.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot execution and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
- Support bot deployment, monitoring, and production releases.
- Maintain technical documentation, process definitions, and solution designs.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing automations.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism .
- Strong understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience integrating Blue Prism with enterprise applications and systems.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Blue Prism certification is a plus.
- Experience with process analysis and automation solution design.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is an advantage.
