Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with Government reporting and accounting standards. This role is essential for supporting the financial operations of multiple clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping and payroll tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify that transactions are accurately recorded.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or issues that need resolution.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Xero and others.




- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competence in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
