We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage multiple companies' financial records across various industries, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all bookkeeping functions. Your expertise will support clients' financial health by maintaining precise accounts, and providing insightful account analysis.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Schedule Payroll Remittance payments for specific clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with familiarity using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform precise account analysis and data entry.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance requirements is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
