We are seeking a driven Brand Specialist to join our team to focus on expanding education and sales of our products with natural health retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach:

- Contact retailers through email, calls, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients
- Contact current retailers to set up training, demos and merchandising support

Client Engagement:

- Schedule and attend meetings to present Vitality’s product line to prospect and current customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to customize presentations and proposals.
- Work with current stores to ensure product merchandising, understanding and support

Conversion and Sales:

- Support sales with in-store demos, education and merchandising.
- Process orders and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
- Track all information in CRM system

In-store Demos & Merchandising:

- Travel to retail locations for demos, set up table, display product in an engaging way, draw customer attention, provide education and promote products
- Prepare and provide sampling of Vitality's products to customers
- Required to stand for 3-4 hours at a time
- Provide training to retail staff; check in-store inventory, merchandise shelves
- Be outgoing, courtesy and engaging with staff and customers

Support Established Accounts:





- Assist the Account Manager in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts.

Reporting:

- Report updates on sales activities, pipeline status, key wins or challenges
- Track competitive information

This position requires flexibility for weekday and weekend hours, as well as ability to travel. Access to a vehicle and Drivers license is required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the natural health or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Food Safe is preferred for sampling / demos at retail stores
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to thrive in a growth-focused team.
