An examination of the general regulatory framework for licensing of securities professionals, disclosure to investors and enforcement powers of regulators.Please note that this course will be allocated to a member using an exemption as per article 15.03.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement.TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law.
