Overview

We are looking for an energetic and strategic Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food industry trends, skilled in sales and marketing, and eager to make a tangible impact on our company's expansion.

Duties

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to increase market share and revenue streams.
- Identify potential clients, partners, and recent markets through research and networking efforts.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content creation to boost brand awareness.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial deals.
- Oversee project management activities related to marketing initiatives and business expansion projects.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the food or packaged goods industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital advertising, and customer relationship management tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and industry trends in ethnic or frozen foods is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for growth-driven work.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
- Master's degree, preferably an MBA or related business qualification, would be considered an asset.
- Several years of experience in marketing, business development, sales promotion or a related professional position.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
