We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a door-to-door marketing role where you’ll be the first impression of Cherry’s Window Services in the community — connecting with homeowners, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, build valuable sales and communication skills, and grow into a long-term career in sales and business leadership.

What You’ll Do

- Go door-to-door in assigned Kelowna and surrounding neighbourhoods to promote Cherry’s Window Services
- Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently
- Generate interest in our window cleaning services
- Book estimates or create qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Represent the Cherry’s brand with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Track daily activity and results
- Work toward individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods




- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or canvassing is an asset, but not required
