Position Summary... Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in a rapid-paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

What you'll do

- Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders – Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
- Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
- Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy – Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing – Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Support Customers and Team Operations – Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
- Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards – Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.



Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
- Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Physical Demands:

- Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
