- Patient Care: Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnose cardiovascular diseases, and develop personalized treatment and intervention plans.

- Diagnostic Testing: Interpret non-invasive or invasive procedures such as ECG, echocardiography, exercise stress tests, Holter monitoring, nuclear cardiology (SPECT), or cardiac catheterization.

- On-Call & Inpatient Duties: Provide consultations and emergency coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Medical Degree (MD): Graduation from an approved medical school.

- Certification: Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Cardiology (or recognized international equivalent like US, UK, or Australian training).

- Licensure: Independent practice license or eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

- Language: Bilingualism in English and French is frequently preferred given Ottawa’s official and institutional status

Pay: From $600,000.00 per year
