Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals in their homes. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs in accordance with care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and companionship throughout activities




- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in health or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to prevent falls or injuries

Skills

- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or home care environments with a focus on senior or hospice care
- Robust patient care skills with knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent caregiving abilities combined with compassionate communication and active listening skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Skilled in meal preparation that meets specific dietary needs and preferences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow detailed care plans while maintaining flexibility for individual client needs
