Responsibilities

- Execute basic residential framing, deck building, and detailed trim carpentry
- Interpret and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Manage and direct a 2–3 person crew on-site, ensuring quality and safety




- Collaborate with project managers and trades to deliver high-end projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential carpentry (renovations required)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- $30–$38/hour based on experience and capabilities
