Join our dynamic residential renovation and construction team as a Carpenter / Framer, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring current life to homes. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise framing and carpentry work.
- Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks including walls, floors, roofs, and foundations using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, footings, or other structural elements.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes to meet project specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for construction.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring repairs blend seamlessly with original features.
- Use welding equipment when necessary for structural reinforcement or custom fabrication projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics,



and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, framing, drywall installation, and siding application.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes for durable foundation work.
- Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and the operation of heavy machinery or equipment used on construction sites.
- Skilled in restoration procedures to repair or upgrade existing structures with precision.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
