Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial builds, renovations, and restorations. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks with precision while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Perform carpentry work including framing, trim installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Engage in concrete forming, masonry, and plastering as required by specific projects.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials on construction sites.
- Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation as needed.
- Participate in roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and other remodeling activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry or related fields such as construction or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to carpentry work.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical demands of the job is essential.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly processes, plumbing, electrical work, and construction painting is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of restoration industry practices including caulking, stucco application, and woodworking techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
