Brooklin Mill Montessori Schoo l is seeking a MACTE-accredited Casa Directress to join our dynamic and dedicated team.

About Us Located in a beautiful heritage brick building on 1.1 acres of park-like green space in the heart of Brooklin, our school offers a serene and inspiring environment for both students and educators. We are committed to fostering a nurturing, cooperative, and engaging Montessori learning experience .

Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and caring Montessori-trained educator who is highly organized, self motivated, and eager to inspire young learners. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and compassionate, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Co-lead a Casa Montessori classroom, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching partners and staff to support student development.
- Guide students using Montessori principles, encouraging independence and curiosity.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to support learning goals.
- Adapt to challenges, problem-solve, and plan lessons in a structured yet flexible manner.




- Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom that reflects Montessori philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills

- MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma (Toddler Level)
- Experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-player mentality, with a passion for early childhood education.

Additional Information

- Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
- Expected Hours: 35 per week
