Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash transactions responsibly
- Perform product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality




- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or through online inquiries

Qualifications

- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
