Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales quickly and accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections and store layouts.
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and fully stocked according to store standards.
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and maintaining accurate transaction records.




- Use effective communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage checkout lines during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail sales, or cashiering roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
