Summary The Cashier delivers a welcoming customer experience and accurate, efficient checkout service. This role processes transactions, supports sales through product knowledge and cross-selling, and maintains a clean, organized cashwrap.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide skilled service.
- Process purchases, returns, promotions, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
- Maintain customer profiles and accurate transaction data in the POS system.
- Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Complete required training and collaborate with the team to support store operations.

Requirements

- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
