Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement
- Provide knowledgeable support for technology sales, explaining technical details clearly
- Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage cash register operations efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering best practices
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Qualified phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or over the phone
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products and technology solutions to better assist customers
