Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions while handling cash responsibly
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product specifications and benefits, especially for technology-related items
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or answering inquiries




- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently and courteously
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions using organizational skills

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Experience in merchandising, product demos, or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Familiarity with retail environments that require multitasking between cashier duties and sales support
