Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to create a positive, helpful experience
- Operate the POS system accurately, including cash handling, debit/credit transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Provide product information and recommendations to support customer decision‑making
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable




- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and transparent communication
- Support store operations by completing tasks efficiently during busy periods and managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

- Previous retail or cashier experience is an asset, but not required—positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an advantage
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash with accuracy
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, or merchandising is helpful
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable learning about products and explaining features to customers

Pay: $17.30-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
