Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product demonstrations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and upselling relevant products to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to showcase products effectively and attract customer attention.
- Conduct product demos when necessary to educate customers about features and benefits, especially in technology or retail sales environments.




- Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries, demonstrating clear communication skills.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous.
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales—particularly in technology-related fields—is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities will help you succeed in this energetic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks during high-volume periods is essential.
