We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Casual Health Care Aide to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. As a Casual Health Care Aide, you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for those in your care.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed to promote health and well-being
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to foster social interaction and mental stimulation
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace through regular cleaning and organization of living spaces
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
Requirements
- Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home environments is an asset
- Experience caring for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is desirable
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient, and positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Valid certification in caregiving or home care is an advantage; willingness to obtain necessary training if required
