About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Catering Operations Lead to manage and optimize their catering services from a remote location. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the catering division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans, including process improvements and technology adoption.
- Manage and mentor a remote team of operational managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health,



and regulatory requirements across all operational sites.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in operations management , with a significant portion in the catering or hospitality industry, demonstrating success in leading remote teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans and drive significant improvements.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with operational management software, ERP systems, and collaboration tools for remote work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
