- Answer nurse call system to assess resident needs

- Conduct range of motion exercises and transfers
- Document vital signs and care provided as directed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
- CPR certification preferred
- Six months experience in long-term care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and react decisively
