We are seeking a collaborative Senior / Principal Change Management Professional for a contract position. This role will partner on large-scale organizational and operational transformations across our Northern Ontario mining asset. In this role, you will work alongside site teams and cross-functional groups to champion the "people side of change".

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design and drive overall organizational change management (OCM)
strategies for site-level and corporate transformations.
Co-create and roll out targeted interventions adapted for shift workers and site conditions. Co-establish and support Change Champion Networks at processing plants, pits, and underground sites to empower local peers. Partner to drive employee engagement at the front-line, supporting supervisor, superintendents and site HR to realize measurable impact of change.
Partner with team to post-implementation sustainment strategies to embed new behaviors into everyday routines.
Role: Part Time Contract (between 80 - 100 hours per month) Travel: 75% Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
