Merchandising Execution Project
Associates (MEPA) will support in store activities perform in-store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience. They are primarily assigned to projects and must ensure they are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently and will execute general bay service when project work is not available or as assigned by the MET supervisor. The MEPA works with in office supervision, and provide service to multiple departments in the stores.
The MEPA must build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers. The MEPA typically works weekdays mornings. Plan and Execute Projects Plan the execution of merchandising projects working with store leadership and MET Supervisor.
Plan for the time and number of associates needed for project and work with MET Supervisor for approval Read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set to the planogram, project instructions and general service guidelines. Maintain, order, and install display material/signage/brochures Provide regular updates on project status to MET Supervisor.

Customer Service
Maintain aisle cleanliness so that merchandise is accessible and customers are able to move throughout the aisles easily Answer questions regarding the store and products for the customers. Partner with store associates to find necessary products to fit the customer's needs. Complete assigned training curriculum Customer Focus Decision Quality Basic computer skills with knowledge of web based applications.
Follows safety policies and procedures. Stays attentive and aware, catches errors before completing assignments, and maintains high quality standard for work. Demonstrates the ability to deliver results without close supervision despite a large workload, competing demands, and fast paced environment.
Ensures tasks are completed on time, without error, and meet quality standards. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Travel Requirements: ~ No travel requirements for this role Working within a set schedule that typically starts early in the morning Doors are frequently open, causing drafts and interior temperature changes Minimum Years of Work Experience: ~1 year of relevant working experience Other Requirements/Assets: ~ Experience in SAP - Score platform preferred.
