Lead client projects, from formulation to the optimization of plastic blends Serve as a technical expert in polymers and support sales teams in product development and problem-solving Research new raw materials and technical solutions in collaboration with suppliers and the purchasing department Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting, addressing nonconformities,
