In our lobby, you’ll find Wander Café, a relaxed and airy local hangout, while the 12th floor offers Bow & Bend, our signature restaurant and lounge featuring a scenic rooftop patio. Manage scheduling, performance, communication, and daily departmental operations. Maintenance & Facilities Operations Prioritize and manage work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, laundry, kitchen, and other hotel systems and equipment. Oversee the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, building exteriors, grounds, and back-of-house spaces. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory, and equipment documentation.

Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with hotel standards. Obtain and review quotes, monitor project costs and timelines, and ensure work is completed according to agreed specifications.



Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, fire and life safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Maintain required inspections, safety documentation, key control, and emergency procedures. Identify and promptly address potential hazards and operational risks. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and support the General Manager in resolving facility-related concerns.

Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to coordinate room readiness, maintenance priorities, and operational needs. Maintain a guest-focused approach while ensuring the hotel remains safe, comfortable, and fully operational. An experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar sized hotel property.

Previous experience in hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, building operations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.

Experience managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance projects. Knowledge of applicable safety, fire, and building regulations. Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent situations.
