About the Position

First impressions matter.

At Pawlovich Chiropractic, the person at our front desk plays a huge role in the experience our patients have from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are looking for a warm, outgoing and genuinely friendly person who loves interacting with people and naturally makes others feel welcome and comfortable.

You will often be the first person to greet a new patient, the familiar face welcoming our regular patients back, and an important part of creating the friendly atmosphere we want in our clinic.

This is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. Our clinic can be busy, so we need someone who can confidently handle several things happening at once while still making the patient in front of them feel welcomed and important.

The position is primarily front desk and patient interaction, with additional responsibilities assisting our chiropractors and supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic.

Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and check in every patient who enters the clinic
- Help create a friendly, positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phones confidently and professionally
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and provide receipts
- Assist with insurance and billing-related administrative tasks
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- Assist the chiropractors as needed
- Keep the front desk,



treatment rooms and common areas clean and organized
- Complete general administrative and clinic duties
- Notice what needs to be done and be willing to jump in and help
- Help create a positive experience for every patient from the moment they arrive

- Is willing to learn about chiropractic and our clinic
- Can reliably work the complete schedule listed below

Previous customer service experience is an asset. Experience in a chiropractic or healthcare office is also an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person,



and finding someone with the right personality and fit for our clinic is very important to us.

Required Schedule

Please apply only if you are available to reliably work the following schedule:

Monday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Tuesday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM

Thursday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Alternating Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Alternating Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Friday and Saturday shifts alternate, so you will not work both in the same week.
