About Us

Nanda & Associate Lawyers is a well-established, growing full-service law firm with a strong litigation practice across the GTA. We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Litigation Law Clerk to join our team and take ownership of files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other litigation documents
- Manage files independently from intake through to trial
- Handle all court filings, including Civil Submissions Online and portal filings
- Coordinate discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and trial preparation
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure strict compliance with deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Assist lawyers with strategy, file progression, and case management

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of Ontario civil litigation experience (mandatory)
- Strong, working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Proven ability to manage files independently
- Excellent drafting,



organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with complex litigation matters is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
