Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety guidelines
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to enhance overall appearance
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management




- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and positive communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
