We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across commercial spaces and residential facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance of surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning practices
- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required to uphold facility standards
- Travel to various customer sites and address any complaints after the completion of job
Requirements
- Candidates with prior 6 months to 1 year of verified experience in residential or commercial cleaning will be given priority.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Must have a car and a driving license
