Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to sanitation and maintenance practices.
