About the Role

Our client, a respected Recruitment Consultancy in Kimberley , is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager . This role is essential for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. You will act as a key point of contact, understanding client needs, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, account management, or a business development role, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A thorough understanding of the recruitment process and talent market.
- A professional, proactive, and results-oriented approach, comfortable working in a hybrid model in Kimberley .
