We are seeking an exceptional Clinic Manager to lead and support our growing rehabilitation clinics. This is not a traditional office manager position. Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Growth Establish and achieve monthly revenue, booking, and growth targets Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Strengthen front desk sales performance and phone conversion rates Implement strategies, contests, and accountability systems to drive results Monitor clinic metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Support patient retention and reactivation initiatives Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate front desk and administrative team members Develop and implement structured onboarding and training programs Train staff on patient communication, sales conversations, objection handling, and follow-up systems Conduct regular team meetings focused on accountability, growth,



and performance Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture Create, organize, and schedule social media content across clinic platforms * Collaborate with practitioners and staff to capture educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content

Operations Management Oversee daily clinic operations across location sites Manage scheduling, billing, insurance processing, MVA and WSIB administration, payroll coordination, and reporting Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed Coordinate with service providers and medical equipment suppliers Identify operational challenges and implement long-term solutions Customer Experience Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction onward Monitor patient satisfaction, follow-up systems, and retention strategies Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently * Continuously improve systems that enhance patient care and service quality

Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management and/or sales experience within a Physiotherapy or Multidisciplinary Healthcare Clinic Minimum 2 years of experience with EHC/WSIB/MVA treatment plans and billings Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and drive business growth Strong leadership, coaching,



and team development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions independently Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance metrics Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and general clinic operations Personal Attributes Results-oriented and accountable Positive and skilled attitude Calm under pressure Strong work ethic and reliability Self-motivated and proactive * Passionate about continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (with total performance compensation opportunities up to $100,000 based on experience and targets) * Evening and occasional weekend availability required

Work Location In person — Woodstock, Tillsonburg, St. Catharines, and Cambridge, Ontario (Applicants must be able to reliably travel/commute between clinic locations as needed)
